j8abc Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing or using the j8abc website, mobile app, or any service offered under the j8abc brand, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between you ("the player" or "the user") and j8abc as the platform operator.

These terms apply to all activities on j8abc including account registration, sports betting, live casino play, slots, deposits, withdrawals, participation in any promotions, and access to any content or tools on the platform.

j8abc reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Use of the j8abc platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are registering as an individual, not as an agent or representative of a third party
• Are not employed by j8abc or any entity directly related to j8abc operations

j8abc will request identity verification documents as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Providing false information during registration — including falsifying your age — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.

3 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each player may only hold one registered account on j8abc. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent banning of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. j8abc will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party.

You must notify j8abc support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. j8abc may temporarily lock your account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

The account information you provide during registration must be accurate and current. Changes to your personal details must be updated promptly. j8abc may request re-verification if account details are changed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on j8abc are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). j8abc supports deposits via Philippine bank transfer, online banking, and select local e-wallets including GCash and Maya. Specific deposit methods available to your account are displayed in the Account section of the platform.

Deposits are credited to your j8abc balance once confirmed by the payment processor. Processing times vary by method and may be subject to cut-off times for certain banking channels.

Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method associated with your account. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. j8abc does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

j8abc reserves the right to apply additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or when account activity appears irregular. This is a standard fraud prevention measure.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction
• j8abc does not charge internal fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges
• Funds in your j8abc account are held for gaming purposes and are not interest-bearing

5 Betting Rules and Void Bets

All bets placed on j8abc are subject to the specific rules for each sport, game, or event. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. General principles include:

• Bets accepted before an event begins are pre-match bets. In-play bets are accepted during an event subject to market availability
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform provides a specific cash-out option for that market
• j8abc reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on voided events, or where technical errors have occurred during bet placement
• Bets on events cancelled or abandoned before completion are voided unless specific rules for that sport state otherwise
• j8abc reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts per bet or per player at its discretion

Outcomes are determined by j8abc's designated result providers. In the event of a dispute, j8abc's decision is final after internal review.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

j8abc may offer promotions, bonuses, or cashback programmes from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be made available to eligible players at the time of the promotion. General principles for all promotional activity include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players as specified in each offer's terms
• Wagering or turnover requirements, where applicable, must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• j8abc does not guarantee ongoing availability of any particular promotion
• Attempting to abuse promotions — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other irregular activity — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension

Specific percentages, amounts, timeframes, and conditions for any current promotion are stated within that promotion's terms. j8abc does not publish promotional rates in these general Terms & Conditions.

7 Responsible Gaming

j8abc takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is for entertainment only. Online gaming involves financial risk and no outcome is guaranteed. j8abc does not represent gaming as a source of income.

Players are encouraged to:

• Set a personal budget before each session and not exceed it
• Set time limits for gaming sessions

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on j8abc and will result in account suspension, account termination, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing third parties to access your account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs for financial gain
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age
• Abusing or harassing j8abc staff or other users through support channels

j8abc cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity. Accounts under investigation may be frozen pending resolution.

9 Privacy and Data

j8abc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on j8abc, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

j8abc implements SSL encryption, OTP verification, and KYC procedures to protect your account and personal information. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

j8abc provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from temporary platform outages, network issues, or circumstances outside our control.

j8abc is not liable for losses arising from a player's own decisions, including betting decisions, account management choices, or failure to comply with these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j8abc's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the claim.

11 Account Closure and Termination

Players may request to close their j8abc account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and standard withdrawal verification.

j8abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, engages in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation.
